This simple vegan aquafaba aioli is fab as a side, dip or spread. Using a stick blender or small food processor combine 1 clove garlic, 3 Tbsp aquafaba (liquid from a chickpea can ), 1 Tbsp vinegar and ¼ tsp smoked paprika until frothy. Add 1 cup of olive oil in a slow stream and process until thick. Link in bio.

Sunday Baking 🧑‍🍳🍌 - With its super-moist texture, buttery banana and brown sugar flavours, it's hard to go wrong with a slice of banana loaf, so today we're in the kitchen baking our much-loved recipe (link in our bio ). To get the full banana flavour, you really need to use very ripe bananas. If they're still too green, a handy tip is to bake the banana in their skins for 5-10 mins until blackened. Cool before using.

An Important Change To Store Check In – Level 2. From 8.30am tomorrow (Friday 22 May ), we’ll be using the Government’s new contact tracing app – NZ Covid Tracer for optional store check in. What you need to do: - Download the NZ Covid Tracer app – Search NZ Covid Tracer on the App Store or Google Play. You will need to sign up if you haven’t already. - Look out for the Covid-19 Government QR Code poster at your Farro store entrance. - Using The NZ Covid-19 Tracer app scan the QR code at Farro, which is unique to that Farro store. This will automatically check you in. This check in process is optional. We will still be managing the flow of customers into stores with our security team to make sure we can all keep safe distances in store in the short term.

As you can tell by the short recipe, dinner doesn’t get much easier… or tastier than this Harissa Chicken Bake. Harissa and lemon give a citrus kick to tender chicken thighs and sweet kumara. If Mum, is in your bubble, we highly recommend making this for dinnner on Mother's Day. It's sure to impress! Heat oven to 200°C. Toss 800g chicken thigh fillets in 1/2 cup of @culleys harissa to coat. Lay chicken in a baking tray and arrange 300g of kumara (we use 150g each of golden and orange kumara ), 1/2 red onion, a handful of olives, and lemon slices (about 1/2 of a lemon ). Pour in 1/2 cup of chicken stock. Bake for 20 mins before raising temperature to 220°C for the final 5 mins. Serve straight away with a green salad.
