Tag a 👉 friend that would love these Strawberry Shortcake Protein Bites 😋 . Ingredients: - 1 cup rolled oats - 1/2 cup coconut flour - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 scoop @1upnutrition ISO Strawberry Milkshake protein - 1/2 cup full fat greek yogurt - 1/2 tsp almond extract - 1 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk - 3-5 fresh strawberries - 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted - 1 oz freeze dried strawberries . Instructions: In a food processor, blend oats, coconut flour and protein powder until combined. Add yogurt, almond extract, milk, and fresh strawberries to the food processor. Blend to combine. Add coconut oil and blend one last time. Add the freeze-dried strawberries and pulse a few times. Don't over blend. There should be chunks of the dried strawberries. Scoop out a spoonful of the batter and roll into a ball. Place in tupperware and cover with some extra oats. Repeat until you run out of batter. Place in the refrigerator for a few minutes before eating and enjoy!

Tag a friend that should try this delicious High Protein Cake 😋 . Ingredients: - 1 cup oat flour - 1/2 cup almond - 2 scoops 1Up Whey Cinnamon Chocolate Espresso ( or flavor of choice ) - 1 tablespoon baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon - 1 egg - 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce - 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt - 1 cup almond milk - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon cinnamon -1 cup of peacans . Instructions: . Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 cake pan. Combine oat flour, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk together egg, applesauce, yogurt, almond milk and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until fully incorporated. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing and enjoy!
