Don’t let the picture fool you. We have had a WONDERFUL morning. I had Bible Study, Cheyenne came out of her class saying she’s such a big kid, and said “look at my face mom, I’m so happy!” We went to H-E-B afterwards for a donut treat 🍩, also her favorite. So when we got home I wanted to take a picture to document and remember this morning, and share with you all. “I’m not going to spend all of my time trying to figure out macros. I just want to enjoy my food, not obsess over numbers. I am eating ‘healthy’ foods, that should be good enough. Ok I’ll give it a try, I input my macros in a calculator online, but now what? How do I meet those suggestions?” Those statements ALL came from yours truly. 🙋🏻‍♀️ Yes. I was absolutely ANTI-macro tracking before I found the @fasterwaytofatloss program. But what I was doing wasn’t working. I knew I needed help, and it seemed like the thing I avoided the most, is exactly what I needed. Are you unsure if you can “DO” it? Are you nervous that you will fail? Do you quit before you even try? If so, you’ll be in good company with me as your coach. I’m here to help you learn the strategies I learned. I’m here to give you the numbers for the most effective fat burning results. I’m here to encourage you when you feel like it’s too overwhelming. Whatever your diet looks like right now, we can work on improving those habits. I survived on salads, sweet tea, lots of coffee, and the occasional chocolate binge. Now I look forward to the variety of foods I get to fill my plate with, and the fact that I usually get to eat MORE than I think I should. Come unbox my 2020 planner with me! This is my first year ordering from @plumpaper and I am LOVING it! There are so many customizable features that I share in detail on this video. • Now, real talk. I can have a serious tendency to squirrel 🐿 through my day. Anyone feel me? I go to start a load of laundry, but while picking up clothes from the kid’s bathroom I notice the sink needs cleaned, and suddenly it’s 20 minutes later and the bathroom is spotless but the laundry never got started. 🤦🏻‍♀️ It can leave me feeling like I did 83747 things in a day, but also nothing at all, ALL at the same time. So my favorite feature of this planner and something I’m trying to implement each day, is my {TOP 3 Priorities}. 👏🏻 I am writing down the 3 most important things at the top of my list that I MUST get done. That way, I can focus on those, and anything else that gets done is just a bonus. It’s helping me feel less overwhelmed... Because as you know, the work will NEVER be done. There is always something to do. 🤷🏻‍♀️ How do you manage your task lists? Do you pick a top 3 or something similar?

To be honest, today was our first Target trip all year! 😆 • On Friday’s in the @fasterwaytofatloss world we celebrate our {Weekly Wins}. Mine this week, to my surprise, was discovering I have officially gone down a jean size. 🤭 •Add that win to a momma who also has more energy to run and play with her kids. •Add it to the fact that I no longer feel shaky throughout the day because I’m fueling my body with the food it needs. •Add it to the fact that I’m building stronger muscles so that I can carry my toddler when she was “done” with shopping this afternoon. •Add it to the fact that I know by decreasing fat in my body, I’m also decreasing my risk for diseases and undue stress on my body. •Add it to the fact that I’m honoring the body God gave me and taking care of it the best that I can. Those are my wins. I debated even sharing this because I’m still not fully comfortable putting it “all out there”. But I share it because I know these could be YOUR wins too. Adding @vitalproteins Collagen Peptides to my coffee is not only a great way to get in my collagen for the day, but I get 18g of regular protein as well. 👏🏻 When I first started tracking my macros with @fasterwaytofatloss , I realized that I was not only UNDER eating, I was especially lacking protein. Since then, I’ve been finding ways to up my protein. 💪🏻 On regular macro days I love the Vegan Strawberry Banana protein smoothie from @theshed_lv , and on low carb macro days, Vital Proteins in my coffee is the winner! 🖤 I’ve posted a little tutorial in my stories, and also linked everything I used in LTK! Missing the big kids as they head back to school today. ❤️ I took this picture of them last night, they were having a snack and watching their favorite YouTuber makeover a squishie. (Do your kids watch the same type of videos? ) • I’ll admit there are times where I’d let my stress or lack of patience get the better of me, especially at the end of the day. “They are eating on the couch that’s usually off limits to food. They are staying up later than they should.” But last night I chose to say yes to them needing a little quality time together, chose to focus on their sweet hearts with each other; and as I scrubbed the dishes I thanked God for all that He has blessed us with. Am I perfect? No. Do I fail them as a mom? Daily. But I serve a God who gives us SO much grace, and I depend on Him for the help to model to them what grace & love looks like. ❤️

If you’ve spent any amount of time in my house, you know I may have a slight obsession with shower curtains. 🤷🏻‍♀️ So when I was approached to #collab on this @amazon shower curtain, it was a no brainer! The Christmas decor is coming down this week, and in it’s place there’s a fresh clean slate for some new looks. I am so in love with this print (pictures online did not do it justice )!
